In addition to strategic partnerships with credible NGOs, the Foundation actively engages Blue Star employees & encourages participation in its social initiatives through volunteering, mentoring scholars, thus fostering a culture of empathy and shared responsibility.
At the heart of its efforts is the Mohan T. Advani Centennial Scholarship Programme, the Foundation’s flagship initiative, which supports and empowers meritorious students from underprivileged backgrounds to pursue education in engineering and architecture.
Launched in honour of Blue Star’s visionary founder, the Mohan T. Advani Centennial Scholarship Programme empowers bright, meritorious and needy students to pursue undergraduate and diploma courses in engineering and architecture.
Open to first- and second-year students from select private and government colleges across India, it offers financial assistance for them to realise their academic and career aspirations. Along with this, mentoring, career guidance, exposure visits, and industry interactions are also provided to support their overall development. Today, this initiative nurtures a vibrant and growing community of over 500 scholars and a growing and inspiring network of alumni who are making a mark across industries and communities.

We provide support for the following:
Candidates should be enrolled in a degree or diploma programme in engineering, architecture, or interior design.
Applicants must maintain a minimum of 80% in standard 12, and a cumulative CGPA of 7.5 (or equivalent) in the first and second year of college. A consistent CGPA of 7.5 (or equivalent) must be upheld throughout the duration of the course.
Combined family income < 10 lakhs.
Not applicable to children of Blue Star or Blue Star Foundation employees.

Provide a brief statement on their scholarship needs and life aspirations.
Must attend an interview, online or offline.
Prospective applicants are referred by a partner colleges after background checks are completed.
All applications received will undergo a comprehensive review to assess each candidate’s eligibility and suitability for the scholarship.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by an expert panel from Blue Star Foundation and Blue Star Ltd.
